Jeff Garris

...is a native of the Philadelphia region and a PGMC community board member since 2026. He is a Democratic City Committeeperson in Germantown, the neighborhood he calls home, and serves as the Outreach and Partnerships Director at the progressive Pennsylvania Policy Center, drawing on his three decades of experience working with political advocacy organizations. Jeff enjoys bicycling, practicing yoga, and attending live music events, and he is the father of three adult children, recently becoming a grandparent. Jeff joined the board at the invitation of a longtime friend, motivated to support the music and serve the community that PGMC builds. While he is not currently a singer in the chorus, Jeff is a second tenor who enjoys singing and hearing music from a wide range of genres, styles, and cultures.
