Paul Foster

Paul Foster, MBA, is a nonprofit and public health leader with over 15 years of experience in program management, strategic planning, grant administration, and community engagement across government and nonprofit sectors. He currently serves as a Public Health Program Director at the Pennsylvania Department of Health, overseeing COVID-19 response and recovery efforts and contributing to statewide health strategy and accreditation initiatives. Paul holds an Executive MBA, and brings a passion for inclusive policies and organizational development. A proud Philadelphian who has been a member of PGMC and the Brotherly Love Ensemble since 2011, Paul is excited to deepen his support for the mission of PGMC as a new member of the Board of Directors.
